• We, CNS Powertools will not use, sell or exploit any information supplied to us by you, the customer, for any reasons other than the purpose for which it was originally intended. We do not pass any information on to 3rd parties but we reserve the right to pass any relevant details on to the authorities / debt management services in the event of any monies outstanding on goods purchased. This procedure will only be implemented by us once all other channels of communication between ourselves and the customer have been exhausted to recover outstanding monies or to return our goods.
• We reserve the right to pass on any relevant details supplied to us by the customer in the event of actual or suspected fraud, for the use of fraud prevention by the relevant authorities or financial bodies.
• We actively support and implement all anti-fraud measures available to us and will, on occasion, make random checks to ensure delivery details and billing details match those linked to the specified payment method.
• All financial transactions completed through our website will be conducted via a HSBC approved method and wherever possible to the highest security level.
• 128bit Encryption or better is used on all financial transactions.
