All items that are in stock will be sent on a 24hr Service* and will be received next day**. Where an item(s) is not in stock CNS Powertools will endeavour to contact the customer either via email or telephone to inform them of the expected delivery date of their item(s). The expected delivery time in these circumstances would be 2-5 working days***.

* Orders under £20 excl vat may be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class service depending on size and quantity, and should be recieved within 1 - 3 working days.

* Every effort is made to ensure all deliveries are made on the next working day but there are circumstances which are out of our control which may result in a slight delay in delivery.

** These times can vary depending on our suppliers but CNS Powertools will always ensure that contact with the customer in regards to their order is maintained and give as accurate an expected delivery time as possible. Our delivery costs vary depending on area of the UK. Please note we can not deliver to addresses outside of the UK at the present time.

Costs are currently:

• £2.95 for all orders under £20* (ex. vat)
• £5.95 for all orders of £20* and above
• Free delivery on all orders of £75* and above

* Excluding VAT.

Important notes

• Please note that our courier will only attempt 3 deliveries to your delivery address. If this is unsuccessful it will be returned to our shipping warehouse and a second carriage charge will have to be paid before another dispatch.
• Our online shipping is to the UK only. You are responsible for ensuring you pick the correct delivery area on checkout.
• At this time unfortunately, we cannot facilitate the shipping of items outside of these specified areas.
• We will only dispatch item(s) to the billing address linked to the payment method provided.
